01The starting point
Management reports existing Buildings A, B and C on the property. A and C are designated for data-center services; B supports batteries, utilities and storage. An on-site transformer and shared 3,000 A at 208 V, three-phase distribution await OG&E commissioning and electrical verification.
The first compute deployment is planned on grid power. Solar and BESS are a separate later investment. SmartTec is accepting deployment inquiries while fit-out and commissioning are planned; the campus is not yet offering commissioned capacity.
The initial proposal is 64 B300 GPUs in 8 complete Supermicro systems. The campus study shows direct liquid cooling in A and C, with the cooling yard behind B. Four systems in A and four in C are illustrated; final allocation and measured fit-out remain subject to design.

02Location
The legal acreage above follows the owner's 10 September 2026 correction. The campus plan organizes the property into three functional areas; these are planning zones, not a new legal subdivision.
Site-use basis. BC LLC, management-reported landowner. Management reports a signed 50-year site-use agreement for SmartTec with BC LLC, a related party. The agreement and title records remain subject to document review; land ownership is not attributed to SmartTec.
03Campus plan

The existing A, B and C buildings anchor the first deployment. The separately identified house and office are excluded from data-center floor area.
The energy tract is planned for future solar, with BESS proposed inside Building B. This phase follows a separate design and investment review; the launch plan uses grid power.

A and C are designated for compute. The new study illustrates overhead liquid-cooling headers, rack manifolds and separate facility and server-coolant circuits. B supports future BESS, controls and the owner-reported Dobson handoff. Exact equipment, final rack allocation, measured clearances and utility acceptance remain subject to design.
